Since I got to The Rocky Mountains I haven't blogged on here... Well I got to the Rocky Mountains/ Estes Park Saturday afternoon. I pretty much just relaxed and got to know the town on Saturday. Sunday was a total different story.... Unfort. Oh yes a different story. Sunday, I decided since I was higher up in elevation with a sinus infection I should get some medication so I don't get sicker.... Welllllllll.... While driving to the ER, I realized I went the wrong way so I went to make a U-turn. and the ass behind me decided not to pay attention and hit me.... Oh yes not just a little accident.. and not a really bad one but one bad enough for me to be rush to the hospital because I had was have neck pains and back pains... I did get hit hard enough that my phone that was resting on my leg got thrown and the pennies that I had on my dashboard got thrown about as well. I had planned to go hiking in the National Park after getting medication, well that plan was messed up. I was annoyed..... So, after being in the hospital for about 4 hours with 20 different x-rays of my back and neck.. 5 x-rays still with the backboard on me and the neck brace on. I finally got release from the hospital.... Still wasn't sure if my car was drivable or not... They nice police officer Monty was nice enough to pick me up and take me to my car where I was told it was still drivable and I could drive it... but the garage dude said that I wouldn't be able to get my spare tire out if I needed too. So he moved my back fender out enough so if I needed to I could.... So after that still feeling ugh... I took the lovely muscle relaxers and past out. I know Laura called me and I know I talked to her, but I was totally high of the muscles relaxers. I was out cold.. Awesome I thought!
So today... I had made plans already to go on an all day white water rafting trip on the Colorado River! I must say after Sunday, today definitely made up for the hell yesterday! To get to the Colorado we had to take the Trail Route that goes over tree line, where all the snow was... TOTALLY BEAUTIFUL!!! The view was amazing... it took us 2.5 hours to get to the river. Where on the river was awesome as well. We had war against the other rafts, and my raft cause we were awesome stole another rafts bucket (they were stupid) and became the most powerful boat in the group! Then when we were done the rapids we played Rodeo Rafting.... where you have to stand up on the bow of the boat hold onto a rope and everyone in the boat makes circles and they count how long you stay on!!! Totally fun! I was the last person to do it... stayed on for 8 seconds and when they went to go switch the turning i fell off... The river was cold as shit but it was refreshing after everything...
So that pretty much what has happen in lovely Estes Park.... Tomorrow I am waking up early to go hiking since I wasn't able to on Sunday, that is if I can wake up early again!!!
